Luxury Apartment
Architecture, Interior Design & Project Management
São Paulo, Brazil

Complete architectural and interior design remodel of a 4,300 sq. ft. high-end apartment in an exclusive condominium, tailored for a refined couple who value comfort, elegance, and hosting.

The original layout was characterized by enclosed dark rooms, which led to the strategic demolition of interior walls to create a spacious, integrated living and dining area. The design focused on enhancing flow, openness, and emotional connection to the space.

The interiors feature ultra-luxury Italian furniture, custom wood paneling, and large-format Italian marble flooring, creating a sophisticated and timeless atmosphere.
Natural light and surrounding greenery fill the space during the day, while in the evening, a carefully designed linear lighting system highlights each zone with elegance and warmth.

From concept to completion, the project was personally managed, ensuring every detail aligned with the design intent and the client’s lifestyle.

Arts and Education Center
Architecture, Interior Design & Project Management
São Paulo, Brazil

Commissioned to transform a former multi-story retail building into a 26,000 sq. ft. Arts and Education Center, featuring a theater for 320 people and four classrooms, totaling 640 seats.

Managed the project from concept to completion, coordinating over 170 companies and 1,000 professionals.
The design aimed to establish a strong visual identity along a busy urban corridor, standing out in a crowded architectural environment while giving a clear sense of belonging and representation to the community the client serves.

A key design decision was to remove the deteriorated roofing and convert the area into a green rooftop for open-air events and to offer a rare elevated view of the city. This rooftop solution received spontaneous recognition in a major Brazilian cultural magazine, where the chief editor referenced the design alongside works by Artacho Jurado and Antoni Gaudí—an outstanding achievement that underscored the project’s architectural and cultural relevance.

To give the building a new identity, I designed a second-skin façade that also serves to control solar exposure and reduce vehicle noise in the classroom zones.

The theater was constructed adjacent to residential apartments, requiring precise acoustic design and execution to preserve comfort for the neighbors—successfully achieved.

The project also involved navigating complex city and fire department approvals, meeting all code requirements (including accessibility standards comparable to ADA in the U.S.), with features such as elevators, accessible restrooms, ramps, and adapted seating areas, ensuring full inclusion and compliance for cultural use.

Corporate office in Dubai
Architecture, Interior Design & Project Management
Dubai, UAE

This corporate office was designed for a residential automation company and serves both as a functional workspace and a fully immersive showroom. The interior simulates key areas of a high-end home, including a fully operational smart bathtub, to demonstrate integrated automation systems in a realistic environment.

Given that the building lacked the infrastructure to support residential installations, I led the technical planning and approval process to ensure the project's viability. This included managing all drainage and electrical system upgrades, addressing potential overload risks, and securing approvals from Dubai authorities for power increase, structural compliance, fire safety, accessibility, and city planning.

Close coordination with local contractors, primarily from English and Indian backgrounds, was essential throughout the process. My ability to bridge cultural and communication differences contributed significantly to the project's success, ensuring alignment across all phases of design and construction.

Multi-Story Residential and Commercial Projects

Multi-family Residential and Commercial Projects
Núcleo de Projetos, São Paulo, Brazil

Early in my career, I worked at an architectural office called Núcleo de Projetos, where I contributed to the development of several multi-story buildings, including both multi-family residential and commercial projects. My responsibilities included participation in schematic design, preparation of construction documents, and the coordination and technical integration required to ensure the projects were feasible and aligned with regulatory and structural demands.

This experience provided a strong foundation in vertical construction, project detailing, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Below, I showcase three representative projects from that period: two multi-family residential buildings and one commercial development.
